Returns Policy

You are required to notify WOWshoppping within 7 days of ordered products being delivered, in the unlikely event that

  • the item arrives damaged or faulty
  • you have changed your mind and wish to request a return
  • You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased in-spite of the details given in listing like (Example: Size, Colour, Material, Quality, Features, etc.)

 

Please note that below terms and policies apply

  • All returns must be directed through our Customer Service Team.
  • You must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address from our CS team.
  • Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable, and your returns may not be accepted.
  • Applicable freight fees (both ways), plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases, where you have changed your mind and wish to return your product.

This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.

Damaged / Faulty Products

You are required to notify us within 7 days from delivered date in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty.

In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images and/or a short video clip of the damaged area/part not working, in order to proceed with the warranty/replacement/return process. Once these data is assessed,decision will be made for it being approved or not and then our customer service team will contact you to proceed with the return or refund or replacement process.  Please allow 10 working days for the decision being made, as it involves technical team/suppliers/manufacturer.

  • Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
  • Replacements cannot be dispatched until damaged/faulty goods are received.  
  • Goods must be returned completely in their original packaging and with all accessories.

 

Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

Once we confirm receipt of the product, we will inspect the faulty item. If the product returned is not deemed faulty, it will be returned back to the customer, return charges may apply. If the product is deemed faulty you will have the option of an exchange or refund.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the exact instructions and advice given by the suppliers/manufacturers.
